ABOUT DR. JENNIFER RAGI
Dr. Jennifer Ragi is board certified in dermatology and internal medicine. Born and raised in Buffalo, New York, Dr. Ragi started her professional career as a physician in New York City. While practicing internal medicine, she found her true passion in dermatology. Upon completing her second residency, she moved from New York with her family and is now proud to call Hampton Roads, Virginia her home. Dr Ragi is passionate about treating the skin and is committed to providing exceptional patient care. She strives to create a relaxed environment and foster a positive relationship with her patients that grows through the years. Making sure patients are well-informed and educated is a top priority for Dr. Ragi.
Dr Ragi offers medical and surgical dermatologic services for conditions of the skin, hair and nails. Dr Ragi is known for a thorough, comprehensive exam using the most advance techniques for diagnosis including dermoscopy, mole mapping and gene testing when applicable. Using these most progressive approaches, Dr. Ragi excels in diagnosing skin cancer and pigmented lesions. She routinely attends dermatology conferences and partners with her colleagues to teach local residents about dermatology. Dr. Ragi actively contributes in workgroups at the American Academy of Dermatology to further expand the knowledge base of dermatology.
Outside of work, Dr. Ragi enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and her fur-babies. She is active in the community and enjoys swimming, tennis, hiking and baking.
