TELEDERMATOLOGY

For patients unable to come into the office, teledermatology allows us to care for patients over video teleconference or digital image uploads. We can provide the same great care from the comfort of your home.

Peninsula Dermatology Skin Cancer Surgery Center now offers teledermatology Live Video Visits which allows patients to have a virtual office visit with a board-certified dermatologist or a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon of their choice. Patients can request an appointment from our website, from our “MyPatientVisit” patient portal, or by calling either of our clinic’s courteous and professional staff. Once a teledermatology appointment is made, you will be sent an appointment confirmation via email or text message along with a link to conduct a Live Video Visit at your appointed time.

Live Video Visits can be billed to insurance if applicable, or you can Self Pay through Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or by credit card. Prescriptions can be made at your Live Video Visit, too.At Peninsula Dermatology Skin Cancer Surgery Center, we understand that these times are challenging.
